I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, situated in a nice district called Blok M near a quiet area. This made it easy for me to explore the city without being overwhelmed by the busy streets. The staff here were exceptional, always friendly and attentive to my needs. They provided excellent service from check-in to check-out. The amenities in the room were top-notch, with comfortable beds, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. I especially enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, where I could relax and take a dip after a long day of exploring.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Namaaz Dining that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

The staff here were all very friendly and willing to help, and there's free wifi for guests to use.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Staff was very friendly and spoke English well. Food was good and beer was cold. Close to Pasaraya shopping center and Block M.

Room needs more outlets for charging phone and computer. Television rather old and small. Bathroom had leaks causing the floor to stay wet. A bit musty smelling.

The Staff friendliness and Services provided is the most.

Rooms don't have a western type of electrical fittings, it's nicer to be modified.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We appreciated their excellent location, which was near shopping complexes, conveniences, and the central district. The hotel facilities were top notch, with a large fitness center and a nice pool. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and accommodating, especially when we needed to move rooms or get taxis. Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious food and fresh juices.

Located right next to a huge mall, this hotel is perfect for those who love to shop and dine. the hotel's location is near a busy business area, making it an ideal spot for business travelers. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with impressive interiors. the breakfast spread, which has a decent variety of food, is served in a restaurant that features live music. the gym and spa are also worth mentioning as they are equipped with good equipment and provide excellent service.

One minor concern that could be improved is the internet service, which is not complimentary.

The Ambhara is in a convenient location.

The rooms in the Ambhara appear to be in need of a thorough cleaning. A "moderate renovation" would be useful, more electric plugs for gadgets, new desk design with luggage rack and fridge, get rid of the old CRT TV and fridge cabinet, install wall mounted flat panel TV. Better bed side lamps/lighting for reading.
